Summer Succulent Gardens

May 23, 2009

Succulents are interesting for many reasons including  beautiful colors, unique textures and low maintenance.  Simple containers are great for these because it keeps the focus on the plants themselves.  An overstuffed look is the best for these container designs because it creates the illusion that the plants are old and have been growing for a long time in the container.  Though they are slow growing…the reward is revealed immediately.  You can create incredible succulent gardens in tiny containers or oversized pots.  Experiment with them to create your own style…you will be thrilled by the results!

Chris, the website came together as beautifully as your new store! It’s no wonder you were able to do such a fantastic job on our wedding —- your flowers were the icing on the cake, and it looks like you’re well on your way to doing the same for countless others. Keep up the great work! ~MK&GP

What a gorgeous succulent garden! I love the combination of blues and greens with the pop of burgundy.
